We at Dorion Church aim to make this VBS an amazing event for your children. Their safety and
care are our top priorities. All of our leaders have gone through training and are here for your
children. All information provided will be kept confidential and only the Children’s Pastor
Catherine will have access. Information such as contact information will be used to follow up
and send information about our mid week and Sunday programs throughout the year. By
signing this form you are stating that the information above is correct and you are allowing the
church to use contact information to contact you during the year minimally. If for some reason
your child is in an accident or other circumstances they will be brought to the closest hospital
and you will be contacted promptly (situations will be dealt with according to severity, etc.) You
are also agreeing to pay the $5 registration fee per child to keep costs down and provide snacks
for your child during the week. If for some reason you are not able to pay the registration fee
please contact Pastor Catherine Desrosiers and accommodations will be made. In the Wild will
be taught in English but volunteers will be available in French if your child is still learning
English.
