Pastor David Charles Pastor David and Doris Charles joined DEC in 2009. They have a deep desire to reach the Vaudreuil-Soulanges and Western Montreal regions for Jesus. Doris attended Bethany Bible college in Minneapolis, Minnesota for a year before joining Pastor David in his ministry. Pastor David graduated in Computer information systems from Strayer University in Washington D.C and his Religious education at Masters College and Seminary in Toronto.
